⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge thank you to Dean Insurance! I’ve been with them for the last 4 1/2 years, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They consistently ensure that I have the best insurance rates on my home, vehicles, and even for my friends and family throughout my entire neighborhood. I always refer people to Dean Insurance. I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Mr. Alex Dean, and I can’t say enough about how professional and helpful he has been. Claudia and Desiree have also been incredible to work with. I've been with Dean Insurance Group for over 10 years. During that time, their customer service and willingness to help have been unmatched. Beyond just the basics of helping to find adequate coverage at the best rate, they will help you navigate claims and go above and beyond. For example, I got into an accident in 2013, about 2 weeks after moving to Texas. I called Alex while at the scene, and not only did he give me instructions on filing the claim, but he drove to the accident site and gave my daughter and I a ride home, knowing my wife was working and we didn't know anyone else in Plano yet. I can't say enough good things about working with them!

I’ve been trying to give Dean insurance out business for years now and Alex was always honest with me. If we had a better deal with another company his advice was to stay with them. He would check the coverage to make sure we had the right stuff. As of a few a weeks ago we were able to switch over to this company for our homeowners policy!
